Throughout 2010, automated liquid handling remained a priority in the laboratory. Despite the downturn in the economy, sample processing workload is increasing at a steady state since sample load is increasing and more and more data points are being required for validated procedures.
Dynamic Devices would like to thank everyone that supported our best selling product, the Oasis 96 Channel Liquid Handler with special, limited time pricing.
Now, for all orders delivered by December 31. 2010, you may purchase our mid-size 18 position Oasis LM600 with the standard 96 Head for $74,000 installed in your laboratory. This is pricing usually reserved for December 'end-of-year' specials!
At only 24" wide with our highest end linear motor drive, this system is the most technologically advanced pipettor with such a dense array of positions giving you walk away time and reliability.
Similar discounts also available for Oasis LM1200 and CB650 models. Contact us for further information.

The Oasis Series High Precision 96 Channel Head allows the accurate and rapid transfer of samples from 96, 384 and 1536 well microplates. Using the L-ring tip loading technology, originally designed by Dynamic Devices, low loading force allows the attachment or rows or columns or tips. This functionality expands the heads capabilities from plate to plate transfers to applications like serial dilutions where it can pick up 8 tips in a row to serial dilute across a microplate or load standards and controls into a row.

The Most Successful LabAuto |
|

|
We would like to thank you everyone who attended LabAutomation 2010. This year was our most successful show in the past decade continuing our growth away from being the best kept secret in lab automation.
Our advances shown in linear motors, motion control and pipetting technologies peaked everyones interest.
|

Interests at the show:
Newest Motion Control Technology

With this 'latest technology' engineering mindset, it is possible to mix and match any of our base systems, arms, pipetting heads, gripping tools and components to assemble a new configuration and have it up and running in our standard software quickly. The base system combination of motion controllers and linear drive systems do not require firmware as other automation instruments contain and therefore can be scaled and sized with no adverse effects as a pulley and belt system.
Oasis Liquid handling Platform

The Oasis Series Platform, or Workstations, are designed to meet the current application needs of today's Life Science Companies. Wether applications are as simple as sample transfers or involved as a High Throughput Screening, the Oasis Series is meant to perform and give the users the reliability they expect in a piece of automation.
Fully Automated ELISA

With the standard configuration of a liquid handler, gripper arm, incubator, reagent dispenser, reader and washer, the system is able to serial dilute samples and process them in a fully automated method through the entire ELISA process. We also would like to thank BioTek for the reader and washer shown at the show.

Wilmington, Delaware (July 11, 2009) - Dynamic Devices introduces a solution for large volume transfer and addition in a 96 well format on the Oasis automated liquid handling platform. The new head allows for the rapid transfer of samples, wash buffers or any liquid transfers required to a 96 well format.
For applications like DNA purification, using the 96 well SBS format solid phase extraction (SPE) plates, adding the multiple 1 mL wash buffers to all the 96 wells over the vacuum manifold has been challenging for automated systems. The new 1 mL 96 Channel Pipetting Head allows the rapid addition of the complete 1 mL volume, in a single aspirate and dispense, to all 96 wells of the SPE plate. Other applications include the transfer of larger volumes of whole blood for Genomic DNA purification and cell culturing / maintenance systems on the Oasis Liquid Handling Platforms.
